The TaylorMade R11 and TP Driver are the latest driver on the market, both of them are with an adjustable sole that can adjust the face angle of the club, as well as the ability to adjust the launch angle, making it a truly adjustable driver.
The "TP" version has a lower center of gravity and is for the more experienced player. they also have different shaft.(TP with upgraded)|||..
R11 = Game-Improvement Drivers

R11 TP = Tour Drivers
Key Technologies: The adjustable soleplate can be rotated into one of three positions to determine face angle at address (2掳 open, 2掳 closed or neutral). This combines with "movable weight" technology and "flight control" technology to create the company's most adjustable driver to date. Now you can adjust face angle and loft independently of one another.
....|||There is essentially no difference. The TP versions are usually set to have a slightly open face angle, maybe 1 or 2 degrees, and the "standard" clubs have a neutral or slightly closed face for the average golfer.
The big difference is in the shaft options. The TP versions usually have higher quality shaft options for no upcharge (although to get a TP version you're paying another $100 anyway) and they come with the "true shaft" versions. I.E. - the R11 comes with a fujikura blur 60, but has the Taylormade graphics on it. The TP version with that same shaft will not have the Taylormade logo, etc on the shaft, it will be a factory Fujikura blur 60 installed and not "personalized" for TM.
My recommendation is to get the regular version and save yourself the money.|||TAYLORMADE is the Brand.
