What's the difference between the Taylormade r7 Superquad and the r7 Superquad TP?

the tp higher center of gravity for high swing speeds . heavier head . open face . regulsr lower center of gravity to get ball higher . tp 7 and under handicap . young person . more better choice just the regular one will work for the vast majotity of people . not only that . lot of green fees price difference . thank you .|||TP has a more round shape and it said to help only little in hitting the ball straight whereas the normal superquad would help more. This is because TP stands for tour pro or tour player I don't remember. TP clubs allow the player to work the ball if they wanna hit draw or fade more.

The big different is around a hundred dollars more for TP.|||the TP means Tour Preferred. Generally it's intended for professional golfers. The appearance of the two clubs is virtually identical. I've looked at both and really can't see anything different from one to the other. Something in the dynamics of the clubs differ and the TP is probably a little 'hotter' than the regular.|||TP has a .335 tip. And the club face is about a degree open. They play fairly different, but not worth the difference in price. If you like and open face, there are LOTS of great choices that don't cost $800.00. I have owned each year issue of TP for the last several years, and all the choices you have with these drivers becomes an annoyance.|||TP is tou prefered. The difference in in the shaft and he face angle. In the regular S-QUAD, the face angle in 1* closed, in the tp, the face angle is 1* open. This leads to a more tour prefered ballflight|||The regular one is 1 degree closed to help you draw the ball, while the TP is 1 degree open to allow the pros the better workability|||think the TP is like for tour players. dont know why but they are harder to hit than regular one.|||about $400.....and a little TP logo...and the TP comes with more weights
